  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
  • The item is not a final sale, custom-built, or non-returnable product (e.g., opened software, hygiene-related items)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked “Final Sale”
  • Opened or used electronic accessories (e.g., earphones, screen guards)
  • Downloadable software or digital goods
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.


7. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for eligible items (e.g., wrong size/color) depending on stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
